In light of the changing restrictions in Riverside County and the State of California, and feedback from owners, the Board is moving to reopen the common area pool on May 28, 2021 on a limited basis with specific restrictions on the use of the common area recreational facilities as provided in the attached Rules and Guidelines. Pedal boats and fishing boats will also be available on May 28, 2021. Currently the walking trail, picnic area and lake for fishing are open.
The attached Rules and Guidelines were adopted by the Board on June 30, 2020. The Board reserves the right to amend or revise these rules as it deems necessary based on the evolving nature of the COVID-19 pandemic and governmental requirements.
