Moreno Valley Ranch Facilities

5/20/2020

Based on state mandates and the California Department of Health regulations the facilities remain closed. Currently the state is in Stage 2 which does not allow for opening of gyms and public pools. The Board of Directors meets regularly and as stages open they discuss the plan to reopen the facilities. These plans are subject to change based on state regulations and advice from professional partners.

Pools: Currently the pool is closed. The California Department of Public Health states that public pools are not allowed to operate at this time. Section 65503 of Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations defines “public pools” to include all homeowners association swimming pools.

Gyms: Gyms are not allowed to open until Stage 3. When the state approaches Stage 3 the Board will discuss how to work towards a safe opening.

Other Common Areas: Stage 2 does not permit for playgrounds and picnic areas to be open at this time.

Meetings and Events: Board meetings will be held via Zoom Meetings. Events are canceled until further notice. This is to ensure the Association abides by the recommendation against gatherings of 10 or more and to maintain 6-foot social distancing.

Office: The Association office is open to continue operating the Association. Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

For the safety of all, the Association will abide by the state orders. We will continue to update the community on this page as changes come. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.

Moreno Valley Residents Asked to Suspend Outdoor Water Use for 48 Hours

5/1/2020

Due to an emergency pipeline repair, Eastern Municipal Water District is asking all of its Moreno Valley customers to turn off their outdoor irrigation systems and stop outdoor water activities like washing your car or water play for the next 48 hours to conserve water supply.

The emergency repair is taking place on a Department of Water Resources pipeline after a contractor working in the area accidentally hit the line. The pipeline transports water from Northern California and provides supply for western Riverside County - including the City of Moreno Valley. Moreno Valley Ranch Community Association is complying by turning off all outdoor common area irrigation.
