The meeting held last Thursday with Kaiser Permanente and Neighborhood Watch representatives from the police department was a great success. 

There were approximately 100 owners that attended to obtain information on the first phase of expansion at Kaiser located on Iris Avenue.

Information was provided by police department representatives on starting a neighborhood watch program, what you can do in your neighborhood to help them with crime in the community etc.

We have attached below a copy of the handouts from both entities for your review and if you are interested in joining neighborhood watch, please contact the Community Services Unit at 951-486-6717.

Boats have been found on the lake during regular maintenance. If you are missing a boat, please contact the association office at 951-485-2020. If it is not claimed by February 3, 2020, it will be disposed of.
