Pool passes are no longer required during the week, however guest restrictions on the weekend apply through September.  Thank you for your understanding!

In order to comply with the Association's Governing Documents, effective January 1, 2018 the monthly assessments will be due on the first (1st) of the month and considered late if not received by the fifteenth (15th) of the month.  We have attached a copy of the documents reflecting these changes: Collection Policy and Standard for Payment Plans, Notice Assessments and Foreclosure, and Summary of Internal Dispute Resolution and Alternative Dispute Resolution.  These will also be mailed to all owners with the annual budget package later this year and may be found under the Docs tab at the top of the website.
