Thank you!
A boat has been found on the shore of the lake. Please contact the association office at 951-485-2020 if you are missing a boat. The boat will be disposed of if it is not claimed by 2-12-18.
Thank you! We continue to make progress on the upgrades at the facilities.
The concrete has been completed at the courtyard and front entry, with sealing to follow once the concrete cures. We are in the process of choosing a fountain for the courtyard. The pool area concrete has been removed, due to unforeseen repairs that are required this area will not be poured until next week. The pool contractor is awaiting sign off from the city to begin the plastering. There is a surprise planned for the wader pool. The front lobby is in the process of having tile installed. The doors at the front entry were replaced earlier this week. The flooring is expected to be done this Friday with the staining of the wood on Monday (1/29). We have attached pictures for your viewing. We will update you on opening of the gym in the near future via this website. Thank you for your patience! The office will be closed until Monday, 1/15/18, due to pouring of concrete. Thank you for your understanding! The work continues on the concrete at the facilities as well as the pool, spa and wader resurfacing. The company will be pouring concrete in the courtyard this Friday and Saturday, as such the office will be closed Saturday and Sunday due to no access to the office, we will reopen on Monday. Demolition of the front entry and lobby will be next week with pouring of concrete expected at the same time. The demolition of the concrete at the pool area will begin on Monday, January 15 weather permitting. The fountain could not be saved, it was noted that the base was cracked and had been leaking for a long time - a new one will be installed once everything is complete.
The pool, spa and wader resurfacing has progressed quite a lot - the tile and stripes have been set as well as the new coping (surface around the areas). We hope to have these resurfaced next week (depending on weather). We have attached pictures below for you to view the progress. Thank you for your patience! |
