Mulch retains moisture, allowing residents to save money by reducing the amount of water needed for plants. It also helps control erosion and breaks down into nutrients, which enrich your soil. 

Here's how the Free Much Event Works:

• The City will provide one backhoe scoop per resident, per visit, while supplies last
• Please bring a tarp to cover your
• Passenger cars and vans must bring containers or bags
• Tools and on-site supervision will be provided during the event
• The Free Mulch event is exclusively for Moreno Valley residents

Enjoy jumpers, face painters, balloon twisting, egg hunt, games, and meet the Easter Bunny!
 
Egg Hunt Times:
 
0 - 5 year olds & Special Needs,
10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
 
      6 - 10 year olds                            11 - 14 year olds
11:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.             12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
 
Easter bags will be provided for the egg hunt on a first come first serve basis.
 
Don’t forget to bring your camera to take a picture with the Easter Bunny.
