As previously mentioned, the facilities (gyms and pool area) have been closed due to emergency replacement of the sewer line.  Unfortunately, these areas will continue to be closed until the replacement is completed.  We have attached pictures to this post for your viewing.  We estimate completion in the next week or so, we will keep you posted on the progress.

Unfortunately, the sewer line that services the facilities is broken and sagging in several locations, which caused raw sewage to back up into the showers, pool equipment room and restrooms.  Due to the severity of the break, a new sewer line has to be installed.  In order to run the new line, the concrete in the courtyard and clubhouse are being cut beginning today, August 27, 2018; due to the use of heavy equipment and the large holes created the facilities are closed in order to prevent any injuries to residents.  We will reopen as soon as possible.

The patio covers over the picnic tables at the park have been finished!  We will be adding solar lighting in the next week or so.

The patio cover at the pool area and over the spa will be finished by Monday, August 27.  Solar lighting will be added to those covers as well.

The splash park approved by vote of homeowners has finally received City approval.  The splash park will be installed where the existing patio cover is located in the back of the pool area. 

The patio cover and trees will be removed starting Monday, August 13; the area will be fenced off from the remaining pool area.  The splash park installation will begin on Monday, August 20 and is expected to take five (5) weeks to complete.  The pool area will not be shut down during this time.

The facilities are gearing up for some additions.

Homeowners had requested patio covers for shade at the picnic tables, spa and an additional one near the spa. After seeking proposals and city approval, we are happy to report that the installation of the patio covers has begun.  The project started with the park tables and will follow with the installation of a patio cover over the spa and a free standing cover that spans the length of the new gym.  The pool area will not be closed during this time.
