Here's how the Free Much Event Works:
- The City will provide one backhoe scoop per resident, per visit, while supplies last
- Please bring a tarp to cover your
- Passenger cars and vans must bring containers or bags
- Tools and on-site supervision will be provided during the event
- The Free Mulch event is exclusively for Moreno Valley residents
