Due to the construction, the pool, spa and wader pool remain closed due to the open concrete areas and debris (dust, nails, wood pieces) that may fall into the area. The gym is open for your use.
Work continues in the clubhouse and new gym, it is projected to be completed in July depending on any construction delays.

The following is in progress with construction:
- Installation of the additional 14 windows is under way; this will take longer than anticipated due to dry-rot damage and extent of stucco removed;
- The floor has been installed in the new gym and clubhouse;
- The appliances have been installed in the kitchen;
- Interior sanding and staining of the new wood ceilings; and
- Replaced the interior and exterior perimeter doors of the clubhouse, new gym and restrooms.
