Important Details:
- Check-In: Please bring your valid Member ID.
- Tickets: Each attendee will receive one meal ticket and one raffle ticket.
- Parking: The parking lot will be closed for the event. **ADA accommodations are available upon request.
- Facility Closure: Our facilities will be closed from Friday, August 16th at 10 PM and will reopen on Sunday, August 18th at 4 AM.
- Office Hours: The office will be closed on August 17th and will resume regular hours on Monday, August 18th.
